I received a Strategic Intervention Life Coach Certificate from Anthony Robbins/Chloe Madanes Strategic Intervention Training Center.

I am a Master Reiki Teacher trained in USUI Holy Fire System at the Tenth Gate School of Yoga and Energy Healing.

The analytical skills that I have used for the past 40 years in my professional career aligned with my knowledge of therapeutic healing techniques and my attendance at numerous workshops with today’s most recognized contemporary spiritual leaders has taught me much about consciously navigating through life’s challenges.

I am also the author of three books. Realizations is a workbook about developing self-awareness that is intended to help you know yourself better. The View From Inside: Creating Your Own Calm offers specific insight into finding peace through a loving connection with yourself. You Can’t Know What You Don’t Know Until You Know It, is my memoir offering intimate insight into my confusion and ultimate freedom from my twenty-three year relationship with a narcissist.
